How to mEASURE
Shipping & Return Policy
*Shipping costs for all orders are charged additionally at a flat rate of $40 for the United States and Canada. *You must provide the detailed address, country, and phone number of the shipping area.
*If boots are in stock, they can be shipped within 5 days. If boots are not in stock, it will take about 1 month.
*Returns of products are accepted provided they have not been used. However, if you wish to return the boots, you must ship the boots directly to our headquarters in Korea at your own expense.
*If there are no problems with the returned product, a 100% refund will be issued. However, if the product is damaged, we will refund you minus the amount of compensation for the damage.
*For refunds, shipping costs for all returned items must be borne by the consumer.
